Michigan state lottery officials announced Thursday the winners of the state’s lottery, the largest and most popular in the nation, had already been chosen.

State lottery officials said Wednesday that Michigan will announce its next-most-popular lottery, expected in March 2019, with a winner announced in June.
The Michigan Lottery and State Lottery, the state lottery’s corporate arm, is holding its second annual $1.3 billion lottery, to be held in Detroit on Sunday.
According to a release from the Michigan Lotteries and State Troopers, the winner of the $2 million lottery will be announced on Monday.
With a $1 billion pot, $2 billion pot and $2.3 million pot, the prize money will total $2,062.7 million for Michigan.
The prize for the second-most popular pot will be $3.2 million, the release said.
The Michigan Lotters Association said that its members will donate the pot to charity, but didn’t specify how much.
The $1,350.6 million pot is being held in trust by the State of Michigan, which is holding the other $3 billion pot.
