But if you’re one of those kids who can’t help but love basketball, it can be a blessing.
If you can keep your composure through the rigors of college, there’s no better way to prepare yourself for a game.
Here are the five most important things you need to know about being a better basketball player.
It doesn’t matter what your school is, if you want to be great at college basketball you have to be able to do it in the right environment.
It’s important to keep in mind that if you aren’t prepared for the game, you’re not prepared for life in general.
That’s why you should work to prepare your body and mind to be ready for the rigor of college basketball.
For starters, you should take advantage of your free time.
If not, then take the time to study and practice the things that will help you perform better.
This can be as simple as practicing your jump shot or taking a few days off.
If this doesn’t seem like it would be possible to make it happen, you are missing out.
You need to keep your conditioning up.
If your conditioning is low, you won’t be as prepared for college.
You’ll be more susceptible to injury.
If it’s low, then you’ll be even more susceptible.
If the conditioning isn’t up to snuff, then your body will react by throwing up.
This will cause your joints to become weaker and your joints will get hurt more quickly.
That means you’re more likely to get injured.
In order to keep yourself healthy and to stay on the court, you need some kind of routine in place.
You should keep track of how much sleep you get.
This may sound obvious, but it’s also true.
If something doesn’t feel right or feels too easy, then it’s probably not the time for it.
This is why it’s important for you to keep track.
You can do it on your phone, or you can track your sleep using apps like Jawbone UP.
If sleep is a big concern, then keep a list of what you sleep in and when.
You also need to stay consistent.
If I’m going to be honest, I’m a perfectionist.
I’ll do things perfectly the first time, and then I’ll let go of them after a while.
When you’re on a college basketball team, it’s almost impossible to get back to perfection.
You don’t get the luxury of having a break.
The schedule is set, and if you don’t stick to it, then the team will struggle.
That may be why it can take you so long to get over your frustrations and start focusing on what’s next.
It takes a lot of time to get up to speed.
If that’s the case, then I think it’s a good idea to practice taking care of your body.
You shouldn’t let yourself be discouraged.
As much as you may be trying to push yourself, don’t be discouraged when things don’t go your way.
You just have to keep going.
Keep practicing and keep striving to get better.
Keep trying, keep pushing, keep improving.
Don’t give up.
You’re not going to win every time you’re at a loss, but you will make it to the next level if you keep working.
