WASHINGTON — Ohio State football quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner J.T. Barrett said he doesn’t care if the Buckeyes have a national championship or not, he doesn`t care if his teammates win the Heisman Trophy or not.
Barrett said he has no plans to change his mind and he isn’t worried about what could happen if Ohio State is swept by Florida in the national title game in Miami.
“No, I don`t think about that,” Barrett said after practice Wednesday.
“It doesn`s going to happen.
I`m not worried about that.
I don’t think about anything other than winning this thing.”
It is the only place on earth in America that you can play football, he added.
